Botany Appliances is a manufacturing company based in the beautiful seaside town of Knysna on the Southern Cape coast of South Africa, and is the  producer of the Botany range of Heated Rails and household accessories.

At the beginning of 2002 the company was bought by David and Beryl Hendry, a husband and wife team with an understanding of service and quality, who had run a number of service oriented companies in Johannesburg since the early 80’s and had then decided to relocate to Knysna.
